2. Description of Services

Free Tools

A community-based pool system that allows users to receive free Instagram followers, likes, comments, and reel views. These tools are provided at no cost and are powered by real users within our community.

Paid Services

Purchase of social media growth services (followers, likes, views, comments) for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook via WhatsApp order. Transactions are processed manually through WhatsApp.

3. Instagram Login & Account Security

To use our free tools, you are required to log in with your Instagram account. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your credentials are transmitted securely and encrypted on our server
• We do not store your password after your session ends
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own Instagram account
• You will not use another person’s Instagram account without their permission
• NCSE is not responsible for any action taken by Instagram against your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NCSE’s services to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with our platform

5. Paid Services & Payments

All paid service orders are placed via WhatsApp. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• Orders are processed manually and confirmed via WhatsApp chat
• Payment must be made in full before service delivery begins
• We accept payment via bank transfer or other methods communicated via WhatsApp
• Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without notice

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, all sales are final. However, we will consider refunds in the following cases:

• The service was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe after payment confirmation
• A technical error occurred on our side that prevented delivery

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the order confirmation via email at infoncs3@gmail.com or through our WhatsApp. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.

7. Service Availability

NCSE does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily limit access to our platform
• Change pricing or service offerings with reasonable notice

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ncse.info including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of NCSE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NCSE does not warrant that:

• The services will meet your specific requirements
• The services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NCSE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of followers, likes, or engagement after delivery
• Actions taken by Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook against your account
• Loss of revenue or profits

11. Third-Party Platforms

NCSE is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or their parent companies. Use of our services is at your own risk and must comply with the terms of service of each respective platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
